It was a new lamp they advertised, shining not only visible but also ultraviolet light. Nursery, bed- or bathroom, the ozone lamp keeps "every room fresh and sweet-smelling."
The ozone itself is poisonous, of course, if the lamp is on too long; the ultraviolet light is dangerous, too, if you look directly into it. Luckily, you don't need an ozone lamp to keep Yahoo! Mail fresh and make room for your emails' full width, getting rid of the advertising space for a while — electronically!
