SaneBox - Email Sorting and Triage Now for Almost Everyone

Is a sane inbox only for Gmail users? No.
You can now set SaneBox to work on any IMAP email account — Yahoo! Mail, e.g., MobileMe Mail, Exchange, AIM and AOL Mail but not Windows Live Hotmail.
Other recent additions to the email triage and sorting service include a folder for ignoring all a sender's emails, custom intervals for postponing and the option to have SaneBox rescue important mail from your email service's spam folder:

How to Delete a Folder in Yahoo! Mail

Take your pick: a long, tight trench that carries sewage; or a round, flat plate that holds leftovers?

How to Filter Similar Messages in Gmail

Would you arrange "11 14 9 19 1 7 16 12" like I have here — alphabetically —, or would you write them down as "1 7 9 11 12 14 16 19"?
When John Newlands wrote down the atomic elements known at his time not by alphabet or whim but by their relative weight (from 1, Hydrogen, to 133, Cesium), he noticed something: every 8th element in his list had similar properties. Hydrogen he found similar to the element 19 times its weight and eighth in the list, Fluorine, for instance.
When Newlands looked at his new arrangement, he noted something else: similar characteristics for every 8th element on his list was very similar to similar sounds for every 8th note on a scale. So, John Newlands called it the "Law of Octaves".
Now, do you want Gmail to take a good look at your incoming mail and notice similarities, then properly classify the messages?

Create a Filter from an Existing Message in Thunderbird
